Philosophical Counseling

“Wisdom is knowing I am nothing.
Love is knowing I am everything.
Between the two my life moves.”
— Nisargadatta Maharaj

I reserve time for a limited number of one-on-one dialogues and company engagements, where philosophy becomes practice—enabling deeper insight and real, lasting change through dialogue, writing, and shared reflection.

My work is grounded in a simple but demanding question: How do we become capable of living—and loving—more fully?

It unfolds through questions such as: What might your life look like if you were able to live with greater clarity, freedom, and honesty?

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and responsible—yet find themselves stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in ways they cannot simply think their way out of.

Drawing on my research, teaching, and the frameworks developed through my books, I create spaces where individuals and groups can pause, reflect, and encounter themselves more honestly—so that clarity can emerge and meaningful change become possible.

What I offer

One-on-one dialogues: A confidential space for reflection and inquiry leading to greater clarity about your next steps and possibilities. Together, we explore direction, doubt, identity, limiting beliefs, and meaning—not for quick answers, but for clarity and the ability to act with awareness and courage.

Company engagements: Seminars and workshops designed to cultivate attention, psychological flexibility, and authentic performance, helping teams achieve sustained effectiveness and well-being. The focus is not on results alone, but on how individuals and teams relate to pressure, responsibility, and trust each other when it matters.

Approach

My work unfolds through existential dialogue—a form of conversation grounded in presence, honesty, and compassionate inquiry. It is informed by philosophy, mindfulness, and lived experience, and guided by a commitment to courage over comfort.

Rather than offering solutions, I aim to create the conditions for something more essential to emerge: clarity, direction, and the capacity to act in alignment with what matters.

This is not about becoming someone else—but about becoming who you are.

For whom

This work is for individuals who sense that something in their life or work is not quite aligned—and who are willing to engage honestly with that experience.

You may recognize yourself here if you:

  • feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected
  • seek a deeper sense of direction or meaning
  • think a great deal, but still feel unclear about how to move forward
  • are willing to question your own assumptions and patterns
  • want to live and work with greater presence and courage

If this resonates with you, please contact me to schedule an initial conversation and explore whether this work aligns with your needs.
